Hakaya Partners Meeting
Hakaya Partners Meeting was organized in sfax, Tunisia between 17-18 March 2010 by The Arab Education Forum in cooperation with Sfax Children’s Book Fair. The meeting gathered Hakaya partners from Palestine, Jordan, Egypt , Lebanon, France, Denmark, Syria, Morrocco, and Tunisia to discuss the various project phases and to brainstorm together the future collaboration between partners.

Second Hakaya meeting 8 and 9 February 2008 Alexandria/ Egypt
The second “Hakaya” meeting was held in cooperation with the International independent theatre forum (I-Act) in Alexandria, Egypt on 8 and 9 February 2008. This meeting brought together several members of the consultative committee of Hakaya.

The First Hakaya Meeting, 18 & 19 November 2006
The first regional meeting on "Hakaya: the centrality of stories for learning, art, and life" was organized in Amman on 18 and 19 November, 2006 at the Arab Education Forum headquarters. Twenty three experts and practitioners from Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Egypt took part in the discussions and presentations over the two days to look at ways in which stories can be re-instated as a central component in learning, art, and life
